Engelhart Motorsports Online Order Shipping & Sales Tax Policies

A flat shipping fee of $13.95 will be applied to all online orders.
All orders will ship via UPS ground, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or Spee-Dee Delivery Service. The shipping method contracted will be at Engelhart Motorsports Center's discretion.
Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders are excluded. A shipping quote for Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders will be provided on a case by case basis.
Large and oversize items are excluded, including, but not limited to: tires, body parts (fenders, hoods, panels), snow plows, etc. In the event that a large/oversize item is ordered, Engelhart Motorsports Center will contact you with a shipping quote.
Engelhart Motorsports Center does not ship hazardous materials, including, but not limited to: batteries, solvents, fuels, oils, etc.
Buyer is reponsible for shipping on all order returns.

Most new, unopened items which were not special orders may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
No returns accepted on helmets or electrical parts.
We will pay for return shipping charges if the return is the result of our error. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fees.
Returns are not accepted on merchandise that has been opeened, used, or missing a serial number, or UPC.
If you would like to return or exhange and item, you must contact us by phone or email to receive an RMA code before returning your items.
Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All online orders placed by Wisconsin residents will be assessed a 5.5% sales tax at the time of order processing.
Non-Wisconsin residents will not be subject to sales tax. However, non-Wisconsin residents are required to report online purchases in which sales tax was not collected and to pay the respective sales tax on their state income tax returns.
International orders are not subject to sales tax.
